Tulsa police have identified the suspect allegedly involved in a 10-hour standoff on Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, Dexter Harris allegedly barricaded himself inside a home near 21t and Garnett.

An all-day standoff with Tulsa Police and a carjacking suspect is now over, 10-hours after it started.

It all started when the suspect stole the pickup from a gas station at West 23rd and Southwest Boulevard 10 days ago, police said.

Officers said they went to serve the arrest warrant this morning at a home near 21st and Garnett and the suspect wouldn't come out.

After using pepper balls and gas, they finally got him to surrender around 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
