Claremore Air Evacuation Team Helps Train Osage, Washington Co. Fire Departments

Firefighters from Osage and Washington counties are now better prepared for situations where someone needs to be flown to a hospital.

A team from Claremore flew to Ramona over the weekend to teach firefighters how to guide an air evacuation team and how to safely load a patient into a helicopter.

Firefighters say the drills keep them prepared and help them work better as a team.
