Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of molesting three young girls he knew through family friends and church and now, they believe there could be more victims.

Investigators say in 2019, the first victim told police Zadot Morales sexually assaulted her years earlier when she was ten, but the case was dropped because police say there wasn't enough evidence at the time. Now, two more victims have come forward.

Investigators say it's always important to file a police report because it leaves a paper trail. Now that the two additional victims came forward last month, police can reopen the 2019 case. Morales is charged with molesting three underage girls from 2015 to 2018. Investigators say the first victim said her abuse started back in 2015.

"He assaulted her by kissing her, rubbing on her body, putting his hands under her clothing,” said Lieutenant Darin Ehrenrich with Tulsa Police

The girl told her dad and they filed a report, but, police say the case was closed since they didn't have physical evidence to back up the victim's story. That's now changed since two more girls have come forward.

"These are three separate victims that have come forward and have relived three separate accounts of allegations against Mr. Morales,” said Ehrenrich.

Police say the second victim told police Morales molested her when she was ten. They say she also said Morales punched her and threatened to hurt her if she ever said anything. The third victim told police Morales molested her and she was afraid he would hurt her. Investigators say that assault happened at a Tulsa church.

“We know from training and experience, and these types of offenders, that if there is one victim, there's an extremely high likelihood there are other victims out there,” said Ehrenrich. "If you file a report, even if at the time, an investigation doesn't lead to charges being filed, if that report is on file, and additional victims come forward, just like it happened in this case, that can be additional evidence in the original case."

Investigators say if there are other victims, they're urged to call the police and file a report.
