Tulsa Police have identified the two people shot and killed at a gas station and library on Tuesday.
TPD said Lundin Hathcock, 35, was the victim shot and killed at Rudisill Library. James McDaniel, 55, was the victim shot at QuikTrip near Pine and Peoria.

The suspect accused of the shootings has been arrested and identified as 61-year-old Carlton Gilford, police say.
On Tuesday, TPD says Gilford walked into the Rudisill Regional Library at 1520 N Hartford in the morning and shot Hathcock, who was sitting at a desk, in the back of the head.

As police were responding to shooting calls at the library, TPD says Gilford went to the QuikTrip at Pine and Peoria, where he shot McDaniel in the back of the head.
Gilford was then taken into custody. TPD says he is currently at the hospital and his condition is improving.
