Hundreds of people on motorcycles will go from University of Tulsa to Brookside to raise money for children fighting cancer in Oklahoma with the Rumble and Roll Motorcycle Ride.
Levi Gott, Make-A-Wish ambassador, will be at the front of the pack.
"He is a big gamer,” Jane Rohweder, Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, said. “He is an 11-year-old boy from Bartlesville, just adorable, so well spoken."
Levi had an optic nerve tumor. He finished with his treatment and is doing well.
Through the foundation, Levi’s wish came true.
"His wish was to have a gaming system,” Rohweder said.
For the past 20 years, Rumble and Roll has raised money to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation Oklahoma, as they help make dreams come true for children fighting cancer.
Johnny McClanahan puts this event together every year. Levi will sit in the sidecar next to him to help lead the parade.
McClanahan’s favorite part is meeting kids like Levi. "Hearing their stories it is just fantastic. It's amazing,” McClanahan said.
"Seeing wishes granted to children and bringing that joy and hope and it gives them strength,” Rohweder said. “I love that."
Make-A-Wish Oklahoma will grant wishes for 200 kids this year.
