Tulsa Housing Authority Finances Final Phase For New River West Mixed-Income Neighborhoods

The Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) says it has financed the last phase of housing for the new River West mixed-income neighborhoods.

The last phase includes two and three-story buildings with 80 units, nearly half of those are subsidized housing.

The $25 million phase is part of the $180 million project.

It's Tulsa's largest-ever investment in low income housing.
