It's been nearly a week since storms with winds up to 100 mph blew through Tulsa, downing trees and power lines across the city. City leaders say it takes time to get things cleaned up. But because the debris has been laying out in the sun and heat for days, Tulsa Fire Chief Michael Baker says the conditions mean the debris could burn easily.
