Deadly Tulsa Bank Shooting Suspect Identified, Not In Custody

A second suspect who police say was involved in the deadly shooting of a 26-year-old in Tulsa on Sunday has been identified.

An affidavit states that 33-year-old Kelvin Boelen is the other suspect accused of shooting 26-year-old Mikaleb Fitzgerald-White.

The other suspect, 24-year-old Deondre Marsalis, was arrested on Monday.

News On 6 captured Marsalis as he was being booked wearing a full-body suit, which is common to protect evidence.

The Tulsa Police Department said it appears that the two suspects offered Fitzgerald-White $100 if he drove them to the bank, and he agreed. Once at the bank, police said something happened and the victim was shot.

Marsalis is in jail facing a first-degree murder charge and Boelen is not in custody at this time.
