Woodland Hills Mall Employees Prepared For Black Friday Rush

Stores started getting ready early Friday morning ahead of a big shopping day.

The staff at Woodland Hills said they are anticipating a very busy Black Friday.

"It will be steady from 6 a.m. on. There are some stores doing some big doorbusters. It will progress throughout the day. So, get here early, have a plan, have your list ready and your day should go great,” said Woodland Hills Director of Marketing and Business Development Eileen Neighbors.

Neighbors said with 150 stores in the mall, you can find anything on your list.

Marylee Nelson has been working at Woodland Hills for almost 10 years and she says the local turnout is fantastic year after year.

"Excited to be offering one of my favorites, which is 20% off Oakley, Costa, and Ray Band starting Friday morning which will run through the whole weekend. Then another one on the girls' side which I’m really excited about is the buy more save more. We have two great top options, cozy sweaters - it’s our Willow and Root brands,” said Nelson.

Employees encouraged everyone to practice patience on Friday.
