Shooting Injures 2 At Tulsa Convenience Store

A shooting left a man and woman injured at a convenience store in Tulsa Friday night.

The Tulsa Police Department said it is searching for the suspect responsible.

Police said it happened at the Kwick Stop gas station at 61st and Peoria. When officers arrived to the scene, two victims were found.

Police said the woman might have life-threatening injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine what led to the shooting.

"The scene was chaotic," said Sgt. Edel Rangel with Tulsa Police. "Officers rushed to provide first aid to the shooting victims. They were doing that until fire and EMSA were taking over."

The Tulsa Police Department said it doesn't believe the public is in danger.
