2 Accused Of Swapping VINs On Stolen Vehicles In Oklahoma Arrested

A nationwide investigation involving Tulsa Police resulted in two people being arrested and accused of changing VINs on stolen vehicles.

Tulsa Police, along with Broken Arrow police and state troopers, searched Jody Ruffin's property in Broken Arrow last week.

Investigators said they found six stolen vehicles and police arrested Sandra Givens-Goff as part of the investigation.
