After seven years of business, a locally-owned restaurant in Owasso closed permanently.

PJ's Pub and Grill announced the news on social media on Saturday.

Managers said they were heartbroken and shocked when they found out on Friday.

The pub was packed on Sunday as the community showed support on its last day.

"It's been absolutely life-changing to me because we didn't realize how many people we impacted, and the community that we've impacted," said manager Kirsten Slaughter. "The outpouring of support that they are showing us is definitely something that I wasn't prepared for. They're all very, very upset we're closing."

Oklahoma Joe's barbeque will soon take over the space.
