Justin Woodard

Justin Woodard joined the sports team at News On 6 in January 2024. 

Justin brings over 12 years of broadcast experience to Green Country, and he is excited to see what high school sports in the Tulsa metro area has to offer! Justin is also pumped to cover Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Tulsa, and Oral Roberts athletics.

Prior to coming to Oklahoma, Justin worked as sports director in College Station, Texas covering Texas A&M and Brazos Valley high school sports. Justin was lucky enough to travel for Aggie football road games seeing what all the SEC stadiums had to offer. During his time in C-Stat, Justin also covered numerous state championship games. 

Before his time in College Station, Justin worked as sports director in Tyler, Texas. High school sports in East Texas were dominant, and he also enjoyed covering the Cowboys going to home games and training camp out in Oxnard, California. 

When he’s not on the clock working, Justin loves to be outside playing golf, laying at the pool, or relaxing on the beach! If you see Justin out in the community, don’t hesitate to say hi.
