Co-Working Space To Open In Broken Arrow Rose District

Broken Arrow's Rose District will soon have a new co-working space for people to work or hold events.

The vision is to have companies that are hybrid or fully remote use the shared space to work, but the owner said anybody will be able to use it.

Steven Hollabaugh, the CEO of Native Strategies, is overseeing this project. He said small businesses that don't want to fully invest in a full office space will be the target demographic.

Hollabaugh said he hopes this space will also help the Rose District here in Broken Arrow continue to grow.

"The Rose District is continuing to grow and grow, and bring in new restaurants and lunch spaces and dinner venues. And so our target is to be a part of that growth, and help propel that growth forward," Hollabaugh said.

The first floor will be office space and is scheduled to be completed this October.

The second floor and rooftop will be used for different events like graduation parties or weddings. That is expected to be finished sometime next year.
