Tulsa County officials said they are taking steps to improve the Juvenile Justice Center after a civil lawsuit accused employees of rape, neglect and harassment toward those in custody.
Officials said Tulsa County deputies and detention officers have also been brought in to help with staffing.
The Board of County Commissioners has asked for weekly status reports from the Justice Center.
Officials are also working to create an advisory committee for the facility.
