Former Tulsa Bishop Edward Slattery Laid To Rest

Bishop Edward Slattery, the former bishop of the Diocese of Tulsa, was laid to rest Saturday. A massive Christian Burial took place at Holy Family Cathedral in downtown Tulsa, followed by his burial at Calvary Cemetery.

Bishop Slattery died at 84 years old following a series of strokes. He served as the bishop of the Diocese of Tulsa for more than 20 years before retiring in 2016.
