Tulsa City Council's district 3 finally has a new city councilor. "I will support obey & defend, the Constitution of the United States."

Roscoe Turner took the oath of office Tuesday afternoon. He replaces David Patrick. Turner won a special election last week after the first election was thrown out.

Last weekâ€™s special election is also being investigated.
