Oklahoma Tax Commission Prepares Parental Choice Tax Credit Rollout

The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) is gearing up to roll out the parental choice tax credit for the 2025-2026 school year. According to the OTC, in the program’s first year, 36,000 applications were submitted, 16,800 “priority” applications, 11,000 “non-priority” and 5,600 were denied due to the program reaching capacity.
