Baja Jack's Carne Asada Steak
A pound and a half of flank or strip steak trimmed and diced 3/8" cubes
3 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3 oz orange juice
One heaping TBSP of steak seasoning (your choice) ours has garlic, white pepper, black pepper, salt and secret spices
For Carne Asada street tacos:
Toss, cover & refrigerate 12 to 24 hours. Flat grill or very hot skillet until cooked to preference.
Put steak, fresh cilantro and diced yellow onion in corn tortillas. Add salsa to taste & enjoy!
