Tulsa Police Identify Man Fatally Stabbed Outside Sutures Bar

Tulsa Police identified a 27-year-old man stabbed Sunday outside Suture's Bar as Adam Kimber. Kimber died at 11:30 Monday night after the fight outside the bar at 71st and Yale.

Sergeant Dave Walker said he was stabbed in the head.

Police have not made an arrest in his death. Walker said the case is being forwarded to the Tulsa District Attorney's Office for review.

Three men in all were stabbed outside the bar with either a shard of glass or another sharp object.

Walker said their interviews show Kimber was in a car parked outside the bar when he got into an argument with another man and was stabbed. A third man, who was with Kimber, got involved in the dispute, and all three men ended up with stab wounds, according to police.

Kimber is the city's 51st homicide of the year.
