Coweta Band Wins 'Bands Of America' Grand Championship

A Wagoner County high school marching band won big in Arizona this weekend.

The Coweta Tiger Pride Band won Grand Championship at the Bands of America in Flagstaff. The Tigers also won Outstanding visuals and general effect.

Coweta was the only band from Oklahoma in the competition and beat out schools from California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.
