Nebraska Fugitive Captured In Tulsa

A man wanted for sexually assaulting a child in Nebraska is in the Tulsa County Jail Sunday morning.

A man wanted for sexually assaulting a child in Nebraska is in the Tulsa County Jail Sunday morning.

On Wednesday, that U.S. Marshals and Muskogee Police reported they were looking for Yarnell Payne in the Tulsa area. He was wanted for sexual assault of a child, failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation.

U.S. Marshals Believe Nebraska Fugitive May Be In Tulsa

Payne was taken into custody. Officers say he will also be facing a failure to register charge in Muskogee as well.
