A Tulsa woman is charged with negligent homicide after running over and killing a 2-year-old boy in March of 2018.

Investigators say Cindy Ayala-Villamil was visiting family and leaving when it happened. Court documents show she looked for kids and didn't see any but when she started to drive off that's when she ran over the boy.

He died at the scene.
