Several festivals and fairs are getting ready to kick off across Green Country.

ScotFest is happening in Broken Arrow on Saturday and Sunday.  There will be live folk and rock bands throughout the day, as well as men’s and women’s highland games.  The event will also include plenty of bag pipe music and whiskey tastings.  ScotFest runs from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4:40 Sunday.  Admission is $10 each day.

Pearl Fest is taking place in Tulsa’s Pearl District on Saturday.  You can enjoy a day of drinks, art, shopping, and food across the district.  “6th Street Shutdown” will start at 5 p.m. and run until 11 p.m., followed by “Neon Dreams” at Blackbird on Pearl until 2 a.m.  You can find more on these events here.

All-female lead acts will dominate the stage during MisFest at River West Festival Park on Saturday.  Gates open at 1 p.m. and performances begin at 2 p.m.  Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the gates.  That ticket will get you access to all eight performances.  Katie Herzig is the last act at around 10 p.m.  You can find more details here.

Saturday is the final day of the Osage County Fair.  Festivities run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Osage County Fairgrounds.  There are activities for the whole family.  The fair is free and open to everyone.
