Tulsa Shooting Suspect Behind Bars

A man on Tulsa’s Most Wanted list is behind bars.

Cardell Johnson was wanted for shooting with intent to kill.

According to an affidavit, Johnson drove to his cousin’s apartment in June and put a gun to her head.  It says he then went back to his vehicle and fired several shots at the apartment before leaving.
