The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify known stolen items to victims, including stolen crates of Pepperidge Farm snacks.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies executed a search warrant on August 22, 2018, on a home in the 9400 block of 32nd Street in Broken Arrow.
The resident, 54-year-old Kerry Lane, was taken into custody on felony warrants.
Deputies found several items suspected stolen in the home. As they continued to investigate, deputies were able to match some stolen items to several cases in Wagoner County and surrounding areas.
Investigators also found numerous crates of Pepperidge Farm snacks and cookies. Lane told investigators he stole an enclosed trailer at a Broken Arrow storage facility filled with the snacks.
Wagoner County investigators and Broken Arrow Police have tried to identify the victim of this crime but haven’t been able to find them and are asking for the public’s help.
