One Adult Hurt When Car Hits Owasso School Bus

An Owasso school bus was involved in a minor accident Wednesday morning. No students were on board the bus at the time of the wreck.

The bus was headed down Main Street near 8th when the driver of a car apparently hit the bus on the rear driver's side. The back axle of the bus was damaged causing a tire to blow. 

The driver of the car was taken to the hospital to be checked out. The school bus driver was OK.

The roadway was closed for a short time as police investigated the crash.
