Whitney Barnhart raises all sorts of animals for sale and for show but getting a call to have her turkey in a movie was a new one for her.

A movie crew was filming "Run With the Hunted" in Tulsa and needed a turkey for a scene.

The original location for the filming was Miami but it got moved to the federal building in Tulsa, so the producers called a feed store asking for a turkey and the feed store reached out to Whitney. Whitney was all in and drove her Tom Turkey named Paul downtown for his big screen debut.

"He panted a lot. And he did good. There were a couple times he got stressed out and I put him away to relax but he was getting tired of selfies. Everybody was taking selfies with him," said Whitney.

Whitney also brings her animals to schools, petting zoos, and other community events. No official release date has been given for the film.
