Two Muskogee daycare employees are suspended and an investigation is underway after a young girl suffered severe injuries.
Muskogee Now provided us this picture of the girl's injuries. The injuries are so bad the girl reportedly required plastic surgery afterward.
Muskogee Police and DHS are both investigating.
