Police arrested a Tulsa man they say was driving a stolen car.

He is identified as 60-year-old Kenneth Fulson.

Officers spotted the 1995 Buick LeSabre at about 2 a.m. near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Apache. Police say Fulson refused to stop and crashed the car after a brief chase. Police say Fulson got out and ran off.

Police used K9 officers to track him and take him into custody. They say Fulson was treated at the hospital for dog bites, then taken to the Tulsa County jail.

They booked Kenneth Fulson on complaints including eluding, resisting arrest and being in possession of a stolen vehicle. Court records show he was also wanted on a warrant for failing to appear for a drug court review hearing.
