TFD Cadets Undergo Water Rescue Training

Cadets with the Tulsa Fire Department are training for water rescues Tuesday and Wednesday.

Osage Sky News 6 HD flew over the scene at Skiatook Lake where cadets were learning how to perform water rescues in flood situations.

The cadets will train for swift-water rescues on Wednesday in Arkansas at the Siloam Springs Kayak Park.

This is part of five months of training cadets undergo before they join the department.
