Tulsa Police say as a woman and her two children are in critical condition after the woman had a seizure causing her to drive off the road.

The car came to a crashing stop when it hit a tree, on 193rd East Avenue near 41st. Officers say help came from every direction moments after the impact. Rodney Jeffries called 911.

"I kind of just jumped out of the car and my instincts took over to go help," said Jeffries.

Tulsa Police say the woman's three-year-old son was believed to be dead. Someone gave him CPR right away.

"Somebody we don't know who yet pulled the baby out of the car on the side of the road," said Officer Craig Heatherly.

"There was a gentleman, Army vet I wanna say, started doing CPR on him immediately," said Jeffries.

Officers say Broken Arrow firefighters took over as soon as they got there and resuscitated him. Firefighters took the toddler to the hospital with a broken pelvis and severed spine.

The jaws of life were used to get the mother out of her car before she was flown to the hospital with fractures below her waist. Her one-year-old son has head injuries.

"There's already been a miracle with the three-year-old. It'd be great if there could be more," said Jeffries.
