Police look for a gunman after they say a man was struck by a bullet early Thursday at a Tulsa apartment complex.
Officers got the call just before 12:30 a.m. to the Wedgewood Court Apartments in the 1100 block of East 61st Street.
Police say the 30-year-old victim who said he was just walking through the complex, suffered a minor gunshot wound to his lower right arm. Police say the man refused to further cooperate with officers.

Police say three bullets traveled through a nearby resident's apartment with one hitting that resident's vehicle. Officers say that resident was not hurt. And a nearby storage shed was also struck by two bullets.
Officers say the wounded man is expected to survive.
Officers say they also found a shell casing in the parking lot, but it turns out police believe it was from another shooting and not related to Thursday's shooting.
News On 6 has reported on a number of shootings near 61st and Peoria in the past but some people who live nearby say it's not as dangerous as people think.
"They assume the ghetto. They assume violence or whatever it is, it's not safe to walk through here and that's not the case at all," said neighbor Maranda Smith.
Police say the victim is expected to survive.
