Tulsa Authorities Seek Transitional Center Fugitive

Authorities are searching for a man who they say walked away from Tulsa Transitional Center Tuesday. 

Reports say Joseph Wagener was serving time for possession of a stolen vehicle and controlled substance conviction out of Tulsa County.
