Newly released video shows every second of a 20-minute long police chase last month in Tulsa.
Police say a drunk man was behind the wheel and refused to stop.
The video shows each angle from the view of responding officers – dash cam and body cam.
Friday morning at 2:00 a.m., police tried to stop a Chevy Impala for an expired tag.
The chase started at 51st and Peoria, coming to a slow crawl after the driver ran over stop sticks near 51st and Delaware.

The driver, later identified as Tyrone Powell, didn’t stop. Even with four flat tires, he kept going until there was no other option but to stop.
When Powell refused to get out of the car, pepper balls were fired into his vehicle.
Shane Tuell, a spokesman for TPD, explained what happens when a pepper ball is used.
“When the ball explodes there is powder, you can’t get away from it,” said Tuell. “It just permeates the air and, when that happens, it makes it extremely difficult to breathe.”
Even with the pepper balls, Powell didn’t budge and officers had to force him out of the car.
Tuell says that “someone like that is a danger and it was good to get him off the streets.”
Powell was arrested for drinking and driving, driving on an expired license, and eluding, among other charges.
He pleaded not guilty and will be in court again Thursday.
