Man Shot By His Girlfriend's Sister After Kicking In Her Door, Police Say

A man is recovering from a gunshot wound after kicking down an apartment door.

The incident happened at the Ashford Apartments near 31st St. and 129th E. Ave.

Police say the apartment belongs to the sister of the man’s girlfriend.

According to police, the sister shot the man after he kicked the door down looking for his girlfriend.
