Stolen Car Chase End With Crash On Tulsa Highway

A chase between Tulsa Police and a stolen vehicle ended with a crash Wednesday.

According to police, the chase started on the west side of Tulsa and continued onto northbound Highway 75.

They said speeds reached an unsafe speed so officers backed off.

Police said the car continued north and attempted to cross the center median but crashed.

When officers got to the car, the driver was outside. They said they don’t know if he was ejected or crawled out.

The man was taken into custody and transported to a hospital to be checked out. Once released, he will be booked into jail.

Police said they are searching the car and have found handguns and drugs inside the car.
