Tulsa's two Delta Cafes will close on Thursday. Parent company 'Dixie Restaurants' announced it's closing all 17 of its Dixie and Delta cafes including the locations at 41st and Garnett and 51st and Yale.
The restaurant CEO says declining sales and increased costs led to the decision.
