Out-Of-State Homeowner Catches Burglar In His House

A Bartlesville man is in jail after investigators say his neighbor caught him breaking into his house while the homeowner was out of state.

The homeowner said his security system alerted him someone was in the house and he was able to see the burglar carrying out a TV.

The homeowner called the police who quickly arrested Michael Marlatt.
