A funding bill for Oklahoma's mental health agency is awaiting the Governor's signature.
The measure moves more than $23 million from the state's rainy day fund to the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
The agency said it needs another 52 million to avoid devastating cuts to services.
