Lamp Cord Used To Choke Girlfriend, Tulsa Police Say

A man is in jail after police said he choked his girlfriend with a lamp cord.

Tulsa police arrested 28-year-old Jarrett Lindsay just after 10 Sunday morning.

They said the victim had red marks around her neck.

Lindsay was booked for domestic assault and battery.
