Coweta Man Dies In Wagoner County Crash

<p>The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Coweta man died after his SUV ran off a Wagoner County highway late Tuesday and crashed before catching fire.</p>

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Coweta man died after his SUV ran off a Wagoner County highway late Tuesday and crashed before catching fire.

The OHP says at 11:30 p.m. a Chrysler PT Cruiser driven by Jason Russell, 37, was headed west when it left the road, striking a guardrail and rolling numerous times.

Russell was taken to a Broken Arrow hospital where he later died.

The trooper's report states the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
