After hours of deliberating, a Rogers County Jury found Gage Shriver guilty of 1st degree manslaughter and Dakota Shriver guilty of 2nd degree murder.
Gage, who was driving at the time, was also found guilty of leaving the scene of a fatality accident, leaving the scene involving an injury, DUI, leaving the scene of accident damage fixture, failure to report accident, and obstructing an officer totaling to a suggested sentence of 30 years.
Dakota, who punched his brother causing the wreck, was found guilty of accessory to leaving the scene of a fatality accident, accessory to leaving the scene of an accident involving an injury, and obstructing an officer totaling to a suggested sentence of 29 years.

Official sentencing is December 8th at 9:30 am.
