Police arrested a Tulsa woman Thursday afternoon for beating another woman with a metal pipe and stealing from her.

An officer's arrest report states Robmeca Dozier, 30, along with her mother and sister, followed the victim to her Comanche Park apartment in the 3700 block of North Quaker, before forcing herself inside.

Once inside, police said Dozier allegedly beat the victim and then stole her cell phone.

Police said when they arrived, Dozier ignored officers' commands to come out of her own apartment nearby for almost two hours, claiming she had been asleep.

They say the victim suffered cuts to her forehead, shoulders and arms.

Police recovered the victim's cell phone in Dozier's apartment and arrested her.

Robmeca Dozier was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including strong armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
