Dog Found Tied Up Under Green Country Bridge Reunited With Owner

A dog found tied up, abused and left to die is back with his owner.

The dog, Lucky, was found bound under a bridge between Jenks and Sapulpa.

A rope had cut through his skin down to the bone.

His owner said Lucky was missing for a month.

It's still not known who took him or why.
