The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, Builds Hotel In Pawhuska

The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, is adding another business in Pawhuska.

Drummond and her husband are constructing an eight-room hotel next door to the Mercantile.

The Mercantile houses the couple's restaurant, bakery and general store.

On her blog, Ree Drummond says her husband does most of the construction but she offers an occasional "Ooooh, neato!" during the process.

Drummond jokes the hotel will be so cozy that they are tempted to move into one of the suites themselves. 

The Drummonds also own another building in downtown Pawhuska, but haven't announced plans for it yet.
