The Tulsa City Council turned down a rate increase for EMSA Wednesday night.
The ambulance services wanted $400 more per trip.
EMSA says Wednesday night’s vote only delays the inevitable because they have to somehow cover the cost of a lawsuit, now estimated at $2.4 million dollars.
