A man charged in the 2009 murder of his wife has turned himself in to the LeFlore County Sheriff's Office.
He is identified as Donald Lee Bocephus "Bo" Wilson. He is charged with first-degree murder and unlawful disposal of a body. His mother, Edith Wilson, was also taken into custody and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
On Tuesday, September 5th, 2017, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and LeFlore County DA Jeffery Smith announced they had solved the murder of Jody Rilee Wilson.
Wilson's body was found near Heavener in May 2009.

According to KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fort Smith, authorities say the break in the case came when Bo Wilson's father, Jerry Wilson, told them his son had committed the murder.
Investigators served a search warrant last month looking for DNA samples of Bo Wilson and his mother Edith Wilson, who was accused of helping get rid of the Jody Wilson’s body.
