Tulsa Police ID Pedestrian Killed By Driver

Tulsa Police identified the man who was struck and killed by a driver August 27, 2017, on East 51st Street near South Delaware Place. Christopher Brown, 26, died at a Tulsa hospital after being hit by a woman police believed to be intoxicated.

They haven't identified the driver that killed Brown, who was on foot around 12:18 a.m. when he was hit.  Police said she refused a blood test  but was taken to OSU Medical Center where blood was drawn.

She was released pending forensic lab analysis of her blood, police said.

Police released Brown's name after informing his family.
