There are changes coming to the Tulsa Christmas Parade this year. The 91st annual event starts at 2 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2017.
Organizers said the earlier start will be more suitable for children, and they're expecting a higher turnout. This year's theme is "A Storybook Christmas."
